🔄 Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At ThePandaStoree, we take great pride in sourcing high-quality jewellery pieces. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, please read our policy below.

🔁 Exchange & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders once placed.

✅ Exceptions (Only in these cases):

  • The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered.
  • The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt. (Unboxing video is mandatory)

In such cases:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and product pictures. (info.thepandastoree@gmail.com)
  • The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt. (Unboxing video is mandatory)
  • The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt. (Unboxing video is mandatory)
  • Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.


If you wish us to arrange the pickup, a pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged.

Important Notes:

  • Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders.
  • Products purchased from third-party websites are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Missing items and incorrect orders must be reported immediately upon delivery to our Customer Support Team. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

🚫 Non-Eligible Items

No refund or exchange will be given in the following cases:

  • No return/exchange/replacement is available for pre-orders or customized orders.
  • Collaboration Orders
  • No refund/exchange for used products.
  • No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • No refund for incorrect or outdated addresses.
  • No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
  • In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, matters of national emergency and unavoidable circumstances.

🌐 International Orders

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or cancellation.
  • For damaged or incorrect deliveries, contact us within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video to be eligible for a refund.
  • Prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes as per your country's regulations are the customer's responsibility.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
